Tamil Nadu (தமிழ் நாடு, "Land of the Tamils") is a state at the southern tip of India. The bordering states/territories are Pondicherry, Kerala, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. Making Puri... Velanganni
A picture taken in a strange town. Velanganni, on the Coromandel coast, is the site of a famous Roman Catholic Basalica
of our Lady of good health. This guy was making Puri, a fried dough, very, very good. You can see some on the right of
the image. You deep it in a "sauce", sambar, or others. Can't wait to have some, even though you mostly find it in
Southern India. On the wall behind, you can see pictures of Ghandi and Vivekananda.
